1. Fun! We want you to be having fun and enjoying your workout! Class is centred around fitness and meeting your fitness goals, but it’s also about liking what you’re doing, catching up with friends, and enjoying the music! You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even notice how hard you’re working! 🙂
2. Adaptive Dimension! After a high performance running career, 14 years of triathlons including 6 Ironman triathlons things start to break down and I know exactly how it feels to WANT to do something, but have to work within your own capacity! Don’t worry, we will provide options for exercises and if that doesn’t work, we’ll come up with something specifically for you!
3. Never the same class twice! We don’t want you to get bored with classes! Plus we want to keep your body guessing about what’s next. You will NEVER attend the same class twice. GUARANTEED!
4. It’s All About You AND it’s About ALL of You! Everyone works at their own pace and it’s up to you how hard you work or if you need a break. This isn’t your grade seven gym class…if you need to take a set off that is your decision-just jump back in when you’re ready! And it’s about ALL of you so be prepared for a full-body workout including HIIT, plyometrics, overall strength, agility, stretching…and more!
