Make you a priority and start your new year off right with PosFit! These classes include 9 weeks of progressive and fun workouts on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. Be prepared to push sleds, swing kettle bells, stability ball crunches, and of course barbell squats and bench press!
Haven’t set foot in a gym for awhile? No worries – we got you covered! We’ll show you how to workout safely in a fun and supportive environment!
